How ordering from us works.

Wisdom Glam is an online beauty and accessories shop based in Lahore, Pakistan, trading at wisdomglam.com. We sell imported, original products — never replicas.

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any tax that applies.
• Prices and stock can change without notice. The price that counts is the one shown when you place your order.
• We photograph products ourselves where we can. Screen colours vary, so shades may look slightly different in person.
• If something sells out after you order it, we will tell you and cancel that item rather than substitute it with something else.

You need an account to order, so that your order history and addresses stay with you. When you place an order you will get a confirmation email. That email means we have received the order — not that we have accepted it. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock or the details look wrong, and we will tell you if we do.

50% in advance, the rest on delivery. We ask for 50% of the order before we pack it — that is what confirms it — and you pay the balance to the courier when your parcel arrives. Checkout shows both amounts before you confirm.

Nothing is charged through this website, and we never ask for card or bank details here.

• We post across Pakistan.
• Delivery is Rs. 300 on every order. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm.
• We pack and post as quickly as we can, but once a parcel is with the courier, the delivery time is in their hands.
• Please give a complete address and a number you actually answer — most delayed parcels are delayed for that reason.

You can cancel from your orders page while the order is still pending or confirmed — that is, before we start packing it.

Once an order moves to processing or has shipped, the cancel button no longer applies. Message us and we will do what we can, but we cannot promise it will be in time.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Every piece is checked before it is packed, and orders are made up by hand for each customer.

If a parcel arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, message us as soon as you open it — with photos — and we will sort it out with you.

Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in. We can suspend an account that is being used to abuse the shop or other customers.

Anything you post is public and shown with your first name. Post about the product, not about other people. We remove anything abusive, false, or posted to advertise something else — but we do not remove a review simply for being critical.

The photographs, product text and design on this site are ours. Please don't republish them as your own.

We may update this page. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
