What we collect, and what we do with it.

Wisdom Glam is an online beauty and accessories shop based in Lahore, Pakistan, trading at wisdomglam.com. When this page says “we”, that is who it means.

Only what an order actually needs:

• Your account — name, email address, phone number, and a password. Passwords are stored hashed, so nobody here can read yours, including us.
• If you sign in with Google — your name, email address and profile picture. Nothing else from your Google account, and we never receive your Google password.
• Delivery addresses — name, street, city, province, postal code, country and a contact number, saved so you don't retype them.
• Orders — what you bought, when, and where it went.
• Anything you post — reviews and product questions, shown publicly with your first name.
• Your email, if you subscribe to the newsletter.

Card or bank details. Orders are paid cash on delivery, so no payment information is ever typed into this site or stored by us. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it does.

Two, both strictly functional: auth_token and refresh_token. They keep you signed in and nothing else. They are httpOnly, meaning no script on the page can read them.

We do not run advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share data with advertisers.

• When your order is confirmed
• When your order ships
• If your order is cancelled
• A password reset link, only when you ask for one
• The newsletter, only if you subscribed — every one has an unsubscribe option

We do not send marketing email to people who only placed an order.

Three, and only for the part of the job that needs it:

• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Our email provider — to deliver the messages listed above.
• The courier — your name, address and phone number, so your parcel can reach you.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. There is no fourth party.

On our own server, hosted with DigitalOcean in Bangalore, India — chosen because it is the nearest data centre to Pakistan and keeps the site fast. The connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS), and the database is not reachable from the public internet.

Your account and its order history stay until you ask us to delete them. Order records may be kept longer where we need them for our own accounts.

• See or change your details — anytime under your account.
• Delete your account — message us and we will remove it, along with your addresses, cart, wishlist, reviews and questions.
• Stop the newsletter — use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.

This shop is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If what we collect changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something new.
